At NKU, my first job in sports, I embraced a more traditional marketing approach while expanding my expertise in social media. Recognizing that their department had a long-standing system in place, I sought to introduce new ideas and modernize their strategies. My goal was to implement fresh approaches that resonated with a younger audience, particularly the student body. By updating their social media platforms to align with current trends and viral content, I was able to inject new energy into their marketing efforts and connect with their community in a more dynamic way.
